Chinese Government Scholarship- Bilateral Program (Type A)

Bilateral Program includes a full or partial scholarship established by MOE in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and governments of other countries, institutions, universities or international organizations. The Program supports undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars and senior scholars. An applicant shall file an application with the dispatching department of their home countries.

一，Application Guide
1. Please Submit the application to the dispatching authorities (e.g. the embassy in which China is stationed)，CSC and HEBUT do NOT directly accept the application.
2. Application time is from January to the beginning of April each year. Please consult the dispatching authorities for the specific deadline.
3. Application Procedure
 Submit the application to the dispatching authorities to be an eligible candidate;
 Complete the online application procedure at HEBUT Online Application System for International Students (Visit https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do).
 Choose HEBUT as your target university and submit the document to the dispatching authorities before the deadline.
二，Tracking and Admission 
CSC will send the "Candidate List", "Admission Letter", and the " JW201 Form” to the Chinese Embassy (or Consulate-General) in the student's home country by July 31st, to be forwarded to the dispatching authorities or the student himself/herself.
